Pulp yield rate: ≥85%
Pulping process installed power: 1422kw
Ton pulp energy consumption: 56.88KWH/T
Ton pulp actual energy consumption: 42.66KWH/T
(Above power consumption including pulping system all main equipment, pulp chest agitator and paper machine pulp approaching system)
Ton pulp white water consumption: ≤25m³/T (The amount of white water added to the pulp mill for the paper machine)
Compression air consumption: ≤160L/min(pressure 0.6MPa)
