100T/D writing and printing paper machine is to use waste paper to produce high quality culture paper like office paper, A4 paper, writing and printing. It contains two parts: paper pulp production line and paper making machine.

Paper Pulp Production Line

Raw Material: Waste Paper, Commercial Wood Pulp

First of all, waste paper is transported into high consistency hydrapulper for pulping.

Secondly, pulp is conveyed into high density cleaner for cleaning heavy impurities.

Thirdly, fiber separator will be used for processing tail pulp. Moreover, auto-cleaning vibrating screen will be used for pulp screening. 

Then, low density cleaner will be used for further pulp cleaning.

What's more, mid consistency pressure screen, inclined screw thickener, stock washer and double disc refiner will be used for paper pulp processing line.

Writing And Printing Paper Machine

Writing and printing paper machine adopts state-of-the-art technology, QCS automatic control system and high quality accessory equipments.
