The lower cone is a new design pattern for the slag remover cone. The centrifugal force transfers the heavy impurity to the inner wall of the cone. The force resulting from the downward rotation of the pitch eliminates impurities from the reaction force. Dealing with turbulence, mixing, and the suction caused by the vortex center, so it does not pollute the slurry.

Working  Principle of Low Density Cleaner

1. The  centrifugal force produced by the slurry entering the tangential direction to the cleaner, separates the heavy impurities in the slurry.

2. Clean slurry concentrates at the center of the slag remover and moves to the outlet of the pulp outlet. Light impurities (such as air or other lighter impurities than fibers) are also gathered at the center of the vortex in the cleaner equipment, and separated in the same manner.

3. Heavy impurity drops along the spiral inner wall of the slag remover, and then drops to the slag outlet through the lower cone of the slag remover.
