Working Principle Calender Paper Making Machine

1. Relative rotation - two adjacent rollers in the case of speed ratio or constant speed relative rotation

2. The rubber material is pulled into the nip under the action of friction.

3. Due to the gradual reduction of the nip section, the rubber material is strongly squeezed and sheared, and the extension molding is completed. The rubber sheet is pressed or pressed on the steel cord cloth, and the double-sided adhesive is applied, and the surface of the rubber embryo is embossed.
