D Type continuous pulping system is mainly used to pulping the waste paper with high content of impurities such as LOCC and AOCC. The pulping system can remove the plastic, styrene foam and other light and heavy impurities in the slurry from the pulper tank, thereby reducing the content of impurities in the pulper tank, keeping the pulping continuously and improving the production capacity.

D Type continuous pulping system is mainly composed of D Type Hydrapulper and sediment well, Hydrapurger, Drum Screen, Ragger, Rope Cutter and Grapple.

D Type Hydrapulper and sediment well are the main body of continuous pulping system.

Hydrapurger periodically takes out the impurities in the pulper.

Drum Screen mainly removes the slag by the Hydrapurger.

Ragger is used to remove large entangled impurities in the D Type Hydrapulper.

Rope Cutter is used to cut off the entanglement that is removed by the Ragger.

Grapple is mainly used to remove heavy slag from the sediment well.
