Paper pulp light impurity separator is a new type and advanced coarse screening processing equipment. It is used to process light impurities and tailings of the rough screening section in paper pulp production line. It adopts up-flow inlet way, and uses the high-speed rotation of the rotor. There will generate strong vortex in the shell, the light impurity will be gathered in the center of the vortex and discharged from the top center mouth of the shell. The fiber bundle and the slurry are further relief between the bottom of the rotor and the sieve plate. The accept pulp is discharged from the accept pulp pipe through the sieve plate; the heavy impurities are deposited into the sediment ditch outside the sieve plate and discharged through the sedimentation tank.

Paper pulp light impurity separator mainly has the functions of collecting light impurities, dissolving the slurry, collecting and removing heavy impurities in the pulp.
