Effect of Beating Degree

1. After deinking and washing of waste paper, the cleanliness of secondary fibers is increased, and the PH of the slurry is reduced. After the proper beating process, the produced toilet paper can achieve the advantages of soft texture, good tensile strength and little powder loss. Therefore, the beating of the secondary fiber has a great influence on the paper.

2. With the increase of slurry concentration, under the same beating degree, the wet weight of fiber is greatly affected by the concentration of slurry, and the wet weight of fiber increases with the increase of slurry concentration. With the increase of fiber wet weight,  paper tensile strength with fiber reinforced, wet weight, fiber cross cutting more pages during the process of making off powder. Wet fiber major fiber sheet is relatively long, during the process of making powder out less, so as to improve the quality of paper.

3. With the increase of beating degree, the tensile strength of the paper increases little. The tensile strength of paper is closely related to the degree of beating. How to control the degree of beating is an important process to control the quality of paper.

Sum up:

The quality of the finished paper is mainly affected by three factors, such as pulp concentration, fiber wet weight and beating degree. And the control of beating degree is affected by the concentration of slurry and beating equipment. Therefore, the control of beating degree is the key to control paper.
