Pulp Chest Agitaor For Paper Mill
JB Series Paper pulp chest is mainly used to stir pulp cyclically in chest to maintain the pulp liquid in suspending condition, which ensure the pulp components even distribution.
JB series pulp chest agitator is of high efficiency, good effect of stirring.The impeller has advanced structure, adjustable angle of blade, convenient operation and maintenance. It is suitable for mixing of long fibers.
Structurer Feature of Paper Pulp Chest
The pulp agitator is mainly made up of impeller, transmission device and power device. The main shaft is fixed on the frame by two bearings and bearing housings. The motor of the agitaor is mounted on the bottom plate. The driving pulley of the agitator for paper pulping is installed at the other end of the spindle, and the other parts are assembled into a whole. When the main shaft rotates, the impeller is driven to rotate, and the impeller drives the slurry to cycle in the slurry tank.
