Headbox

A double flow headbox (adjustable lateral concentration distribution) is characterized by the proper separation of short and long fibers. The short fiber is in the upper headbox and runs through the paper machine and contacts the surface of the Dryer Cylinder and gives a certain degree of softness and looseness of the multilayer paper according to the requirements of the consumer. The long fiber is at the bottom of the headbox.

Shaper

The crescent shaper consists of 5 circles of mesh and is equipped with a mist removing system to remove moisture (especially when the paper machine is operating at a high speed in the factory's working environment).

Press section

The press section is designed to press only a single roller hydraulic vacuum zone, and soft surface. It can produce soft and highbulk sanitary products. The feature of the press part is that it can be changed into boots press in the future.

Dryer part

The dryer has an efficient hot air hood with a maximum air temperature of 510 ℃ and a maximum flow rate of 150 m/ s. In the outlet of dryer cylinder,  stable system has an activity (to ensure the stability of paper in the condition of high speed paper machine) and a dust removal system, to ensure that the dust content of the surrounding environment can be inhaled meet the requirements

Roll Paper And Conveying

The hydraulic paper shaft has a linkage rod that rolls the web paper with a paper core (a large diameter reel) directly and delivers it to a web processing system. The reel is automatically loaded in a web delivery system and fed to a packer with a labelling system.

Effect of Drying Cylinder On The Softness of Toilet Paper

The steam pressure and drying rate between the Yankee Dryer Cylinder and the dryers hood also affect the softness of the toilet paper. The matching of the evaporation characteristics of the Yankee type dryer cylinder and the design of the nozzle collector and the film forming of the chemical coatings are especially important. The development trend of metal materials sprayed on the surface of Yankee dryer and new type of crease scrapers, especially ceramic scrapers, have been recognized as obviously improving softness of toilet paper.

In this case, the composition of the Yankee type dryer coating becomes more important. The surface of metal spray is slightly rough than that of the original surface, and its thermal conductivity is also a little smaller, which will cause the micro welding problem of metal doctor blade and Yankee dryer surface. If we do not take preventive measures, it will reduce the adhesion to the paper.

Finally, in order to develop the advantages of new type dryer cylinder and doctor blade, the best coating method requires the paint to be very soft and highly adhesive, so as to get soft toilet paper.
