Primary Slurry Preparation System

The plant designs to use high quality raw fibres (staple and long fiber) and recycled pulp from paper machines and processing workshops, including wet strong products (paper breaker).

The belt conveyor delivers the material to the pulper (One use to convey short fibers, one to convey long fibers and another broke). The impeller of the high consistency pulper is individually treated with two different fibers to ensure that the fibers are fed to short fiber and long fiber production lines. The long fiber preparation line consists of a high density cleaner, an intermediate tank and a refiner (a series). The short fiber preparation line consists of a high density cleaner and a long fiber refiner (bypass to the long fiber production line).

Waste Paper Treatment Line

The broker from toilet paper machine and processing workshop is delivered to the productive process again. This two kinds of slurries flows into  a single pipeline called the paper treatment line through two ways.

Including: high concentration cleaner, high frequency fiber deflaker and paper loss screen. According to the production requirements, the waste paper production line can process and combine the short fiber production line and the long fiber production line into a whole. 

Approach System

Pulp production line of short fiber and long fiber production line processing were collected in approach system, divided into two layers to the headbox feed. 

The approach system of two independent fiber production line consists of the following equipment: slurry mixing tank, paper pulp machine

pool, low concentration cleaner, the pressure on the screen and two pressure screen.
