Working Principle of Hydrapulper For Paperpulping
Because of the rotation of the rotary plate, the crushed pulp board, broker paper and waste paper are subjected to the centrifugal force generated by the rotary plate, so that the pulp plate is collided with the blade and is thrown to the edge of the groove to form a horizontal vortex. And then rise along the edge, and then back to the rotary plate, and then in the center of the tank formed a negative pressure zone, this cycle and form a vertical vortex, so that the slurry contacts with the blade, and constantly broken down.
